1.9. Adjustment of provision of forward seats

For ensuring the most convenient landing of people of different growth and a constitution the provision of seats of the driver and the forward passenger can be changed in the longitudinal direction and on a back tilt angle.

Prevention Regulate the provision of a seat of the driver only on the motionless car. If in adjustment attempt in movement you indistinctly fix a seat in the longitudinal direction and it will unexpectedly move, it is possible to lose control over the car.

For adjustment of provision of forward seats in the longitudinal direction pull up the handle of the blocking lever and move a seat on a sled to convenient situation. After installation of a seat lower the handle and small movings of a seat achieve its reliable fixing forward-back.

The inclination of a back is regulated бесступенчато by rotation of the handle located on the right at the basis of a back of a seat of the driver and at the left at a seat of the passenger.

Prevention To reduce risk of receiving traumas at collision or unexpected braking of the car, backs of seats during movement should be in almost vertical situation. Efficiency of seat belts can decrease considerably if the back of a seat is inclined. In this case there is a danger of that the driver or the passenger will slip out from under a seat belt and will get a serious trauma.

Head restraints of forward seats can be regulated on height: move a head restraint up or down on the demanded height. The optimum provision of a head restraint — its top edge is located flush with the top part of the head.

Note For people of very high growth lift a head restraint in extreme top situation, for people of very low growth lower a head restraint in extreme bottom situation.
